Palm Valley Conference & Recreational Center is a hospitality business based in Bvumbwe, Thyolo. They have rooms for accommodation, restaurant and conferencing. They have both private and corporate guests. Their information was being compiled in multiple excel documents and physical books. The directors were struggling to keep track of all the information and managers were spending too much time creating reports. Technovators stepped in and designed an application that automates many of their reports via a series of queries. We also developed multiple ways for the directors to keep an eye on the business through many checks and balances. Some of the modules we created are Booking & Billing, Stocks Management, Sales & Cash Management, Assets and Payroll.
